Our Head Chef has hand-picked local suppliers who source only the highest-quality, freshest, in Scottish produce. Campbell Brothers supply all meat and poultry, the quality of product is demonstrated through Campbell Brothers Royal Warrant, as providers of meat and poultry to the royal household. All seafood is sourced from quaysides on both the Atlantic Ocean and North Sea.

Christmas Day Lunch


Enjoy Christmas this year in style, with a sumptuous Christmas Day Lunch, here at The Glasshouse. Our indulgent festive celebrations will begin at 2pm on Christmas Day, with a champagne reception before you are led to our Brasserie where you will enjoy a luxurious four-course lunch, showcasing the very best of Scottish cuisine.

Live music will put you in the festive mood, and we’re also offering the option to pair your lunch with a selection of hand-picked wines, to perfectly complement every plate.


Our Christmas Day Lunch is priced at £95 or £125 including a wine pairing with each course.

Afternoon Tea


The Snug offers a unique setting to unwind in style and enjoy a sumptuous home-made Scottish afternoon tea. Our Head Chef has crafted a menu that offers a Scottish twist on the traditional British institution, making use of traditional Scottish staples, and combining them with the delicate tastes of an afternoon tea.

The Snug


Positioned in the physical heart of the hotel is the cosy Snug — a perennial favourite among regular guests of The Glasshouse as the place to unwind.

Fully renovated in 2018, the new Snug offers our guests the perfect setting to enjoy Scotland’s national drink. With a new and exclusive selection of almost 100 Scotch whiskies, you can enjoy a warming dram by the fireplace, a bespoke cocktail on the roof garden, or you can pair your whisky with one of our premium cigars. For the whisky novice, our experienced team can take you on a journey through Scotland’s world famous whisky regions with our Glasshouse Whisky Map.

Please do not worry if whisky is not your tipple of choice, our expert team of mixologists can also craft you a cocktail from our vast non-whisky collection.

Guests can also enjoy our seasonal, Snug food menu from 12pm to 10:30pm, any day of the week.
