The Glasshouse Hotel Wedding packages are designed to take the stress out of planning your big day. Our experienced team have created each package to cover all aspects of your day. Alternatively, you can use these packages as a starting point, and we can work with you to craft a bespoke package, to give you a one-of-a-kind and uniquely memorable day. Our fully licenced venue can cater for every aspect of your day, from ceremony, through your wedding breakfast and to your evening reception.

MONART PACKAGE

Our Monart Package is priced at £5,500, based on 40 full-day guests. Additional guests would be £140 per person. A minimum of 20 guests applies for any packaged pricing. For lower numbers, please contact us directly for a bespoke quote. The Monart Package includes:
  • Room hire for your ceremony and reception
  • Three-course menu tasting for the bride and groom prior to your wedding
  • Red carpet on arrival
  • Piper
  • Celebratory post-ceremony drink for all guests
  • Three-course meal for all guests, with tea, coffee & shortbread
  • Half a bottle of wine per guest with your main meal
  • A glass of prosecco per guest, for toasts
  • Two nights’ accommodation, inclusive of breakfast, in a Garden Room
  • Personalised table plan, menus and place cards
  • High quality chair covers & ties
  • Table centrepieces of glass bowls and flowers, including top table
  • Preferential accommodation rates for wedding guests*
  • Evening buffet for your reception
  • Dedicated wedding planner

VASART PACKAGE

Our Vasart Package is priced at £9,250, based on 40 full-day guests. Additional guests would be £235 per person. A minimum of 20 guests applies for any packaged pricing. For lower numbers, please contact us directly for a bespoke quote. The Vasart Package includes:
  • Room hire for your ceremony & reception
  • Red carpet on arrival
  • Piper
  • Three-course menu tasting for bride and groom prior to your wedding
  • LED dancefloor
  • Ceremony Package: Rose Arch or White backdrop, aisle runner, hurricane glasses and bay trees
  • Pre-ceremony drink on arrival for all guests (one per guest)
  • Chef's selection of three canapés served during the drinks reception
  • Post ceremony beverage for all guests (two per guest)
  • Delicious three-course meal, with tea, coffee & petit fours for all your guests
  • Half a bottle of wine per guest with your main meal
  • A glass of prosecco per guest (for toasts)
  • Studio Suite accommodation the night before and the night of the wedding, including breakfast daily for the bride & groom

STRATHEARN PACKAGE

Our Strathearn Package is priced at £12,500, based on 40 full-day guests. Additional guests would be £325 per person. A minimum of 20 guests applies for any packaged pricing. For lower numbers, please contact us directly for a bespoke quote. The Strathearn Package includes:
  • Room hire for your ceremony & reception
  • Red carpet on arrival
  • Master of Ceremonies
  • Piper
  • Ceremony Package including rose arch or white back drop, aisle runner, bay trees and hurricane glasses
  • Four-course menu tasting for bride and groom prior to your wedding
  • Chef's selection of four canapés served during the drinks reception
  • Delicious four-course meal, with tea, coffee & petit fours for all your guests
  • Pre-ceremony glass of Champagne on arrival (two per guest)
  • Post ceremony glass of Champagne for toasts (two per guest)
  • Half a bottle of wine per guest with your main meal
  • A glass of Champagne per guest (for toast)
